Dear completion Holders,
With this opportunity I would represent Irish cooking with
the ingredients of positive energy, creativity and with the traditional touch
that makes us who we are. I feel this opportunity would help me improve my
belief in myself and my capabilities. I want to learn and progress and I know
this would propel me no matter how well I do. My Father’s side of the family are
Italian and they are living in Ireland over a hundred years and have made their
way through the traditional fish and chip shop cafes and restaurants. My mother’s
side of the family are fresh fruit and veg wholesalers and buy off a lot of Irish
producers. I have a passion for Irish Cuisine and get a thrill from cooking or
eating produce from a local radius. At
present I am in 3rd year of a culinary arts degree in the tourism
and catering college Kilybegs (LYIT). I welcome
this challenge with open arms and look forward to hearing from you.
